日前，生物系统工程与食品科学学院应义斌教授接到美国农业与生物工程学会（American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers， 缩写为ASABE）的通知，经过专家推荐和投票选举，应义斌教授当选为Top期刊《Transactions of the ASABE》的 Associate Editor，这是该期刊首次选举国内学者担任Associate Editor。
    
    《Transactions of the ASABE》由美国农业与生物工程学会主办，是国际农业工程学科最权威的学术期刊，也是我校规定的农业工程学科的2本TOP期刊之一。
    
    此前，应义斌教授还应邀分别担任了另外两本国际期刊《Sensing and Instrumentation for Food Quality and Safety》（Springer公司出版）的国际编委和《Journal on Postharvest Technology and Innovation》（英国Inderscience Enterprises公司出版）的国际编委，是两本期刊编委中的唯一一位国内学者。
